database creating view

You have been asked by the HR manager to create a view that displays the salary of all employees that were hired during 2008 and 2009 with a starting salary of $50,000 and above. This information is stored in the Employee and Salary table. The HR manager has requested that the view be restricted to HR employees only. How would you create the “SalaryByEmployee” view?
