Student groups should submit one main Word® document with three Gantt charts.

Scope statement Introduction including project objectives, deliverables, project priorities, milestones, technical requirements and limits and exclusions.
Work-Breakdown-Structure (WBS): Prepare the WBS, table of activities, duration and predecessors Explain how task/activity durations were estimated and identify the sources of information.
Gantt chart: At this stage, you should have sufficient information to create the Gantt chart. Use Summary Tasks and Milestones. Identify the tasks/activities on the Critical Path. Save this Gantt chart as ‘Gantt_chart 1’.
Risk Management: Assess the project’s overall time sensitivity by analysing ‘Gantt_chart 1’. Using a project risk assessment method and templates, Identify risk items and analyse them. Prioritise the list from highest to lowest risk. Prepare a Risk Register for your project. Considering the risk treatment strategies formulated above, explain how the project schedule is affected when the implementation of these risk treatment strategies are included. Change the Gantt chart to reflect the changes caused by the risk treatment strategy implementation. Save the amended Gantt chart as ‘Gantt_c2’.
Resources: Consider and estimate types and approximate levels of resources for your project. Change the Gantt chart to reflect the resource requirements (you may only consider labour requirements for simplicity). Save the amended Gantt chart as ‘Gantt_chart3’.
Communication Management: Develop a communication plan for this project by following the process outlined in the textbook.
