Case 19: Trouble Brews at Starbucks (Page 517)

Start writing the second section of your Marketing Plan.  The second section of your Marketing Plan is the Situation Analysis.

Note:  While the case studies provided for the Marketing Plan requirement of the course provide a wealth of information – it will be necessary to find additional information from other sources when completing the individual components of the Marketing Plan.

Write a 3-5 page paper/analysis on your chosen case study (see above).  Within your paper/analysis be sure to address the following:

Include a title page and 2-3 references.  

Only the body of the paper will count toward the page requirement.  Only one reference may be located online (not Wikipedia).  

Your analysis/paper should be written in your own words. When completing your assignments all spelling, punctuation, grammar, formatting, and citations should be written in APA style.
