Need Help ASAP!!!

I currently have information in PowerPoint. However, I need to put the information in a proposal format. I have been finishing up assignments all day and my brain is fried. I seriously need some help getting this together! I know it is extremely short notice, but I need some help with rewriting. I have both formats available and will attach once an agreement has been made.
