1. Read the book Emotional Survival for Law Enforcement (A guide for Officers and their Families) by Kevin M. Gilmartin. 2. Reflect and identify the three to five most meaningful learning points, for you, from the book. 3. Identify the healthy and unhealthy components of your current lifestyle. 4. Develop a wellness plan that utilizes both your strengths and insights gained from the book that will assist you as you launch your new career in law enforcement. 5. Prepare a 4–5 page paper outlining a wellness plan that identifies your understanding of how to cultivate new habits (plan, implement, reflect). Your plan will include consideration of the points identified in step 2 above. It will include a diagram of the multiple components identified in step 3 above. Your plan will describe how you will maintain a healthy lifestyle and how each of the components (family, friends, hobbies, faith, interests, etc.) will contribute to your well-being over the course of your career. Follow the APA in-text citation referencing guidelines. Include a reference list that includes all sources actually referenced in the assignment as per APA guidelines
